A businesswoman operating in the Human Capital, Aviation and SME financing sectors.
She lectured undergraduate psychology, was a researcher and worked as a freelance consultant specializing in Human Capital.
She has been instrumental in providing career guidance related interventions at various institutions from high school level, tertiary institutions and in formal employment.
She received a recognition award (from the Eastern Cape Department of Transport) for contributing positively to educational programs in aviation.
In 2014, she was recognized for her outstanding contribution in artisan development, a skills development programs funded by the Department of Higher Education and Learning, in partnership with South African Airways Technical.
Maphelo Malgas
A lecturer of Retail Operations Management, Business Management and Logistics in the department of Retail Business Management at Cape Peninsula University of Technology (CPUT) which is located in Cape Town, South Africa.
Serves as a research coordinator for the department Retail Business Management and also serves in the Faculty of Business & Management Sciences Ethics sub-committee at CPUT.
He has strong experience in engineering, advanced project management skills and business management acquired over 20 years.
He has done study visits of retail businesses in China (Shanghai - Semir) India (Mumbai-Mahindra Retail) and UAE (Dubai – Mall of the Emirates).
He has conducted research and published articles in international and local journals and has presented in international and local academic conferences. He specialises in Entrepreneurship and Small Business retailing research. He holds an MBA and has recently completed PhD from University of KwaZulu-Natal Graduate School of Business and Leadership (GSB&L).
Nomfesane Dinga
A teacher by profession with 30 years of experience.
She holds a diploma specializing in education, management, and organization courses (UNISA).
She specialized in curriculum planning and organization.
In 2016, she was awarded the Eastern Cape provincial cup & certificate for being excellent in primary teaching.
She is Eastern Cape provincial winner in school entrepreneurship competition 2020.
Sango Ntsaluba
A Chartered Accountant (SA) by qualification and a business person for over 30 years.
He has worked all over South Africa, travelled the world and sit in boards of companies with global operations and has always been an integral part of the community where he was born, and the place he calls home, Tsojana, Eastern Cape, South Africa.
His community involvement, especially in education, were recognised when a school in Tsojana was named after him.
